I take this letter of reference as an opportunity to introduce Ms Lena Hottner as one of our best design interns at our Corporate Innovation (CIV) department in BSH. Under my supervision, Lena worked on various topics of Robotics, Food technology, and advanced interaction design.
Lena was not only responsible for creating the design assets for the project she was involved in but was also accountable for creating a project plan, insights gathering, ideation sprints, and design direction. One could completely rely on Lena to make certain that the tasks were executed in the assigned timeline with the quality of results guaranteed. Shed collaborated very well with colleagues from other fields such as business, engineering, and technologists to deliver strong results and an impressive intellectual property portfolio for BSH.
Lena is hardworking and completely devoted to the objective and subjective aspects of the task involved. What impressed me the most is her desire to gain knowledge and achieve more. She is an inquisitive person by nature and is always curious about different themes and fields, which is one of her main strengths as well. She is a natural problem solver and possesses diligence, creativity, motivation and confidence to succeed.
Apart from her design and technical skills, she possesses leadership and teamwork qualities. She has always helped and guided her colleagues whenever they lack understanding of the problems. She has always presented and expressed her viewpoints explicitly. Her open, distinguished and amicable nature has won regard amongst her peers.
As a person, she is very sympathetic, I was pleased when she decided to volunteer, present and create posters for BSH Exhibition at BOSCH Forschungszentrum A task, which was out of her defined scope of internship.
Considering her aforementioned professional and personal skills, Lena has great potential for success. I have no doubt that an individual like her with sheer perseverance and determination will prove to be an asset to your corporation. I wish Ms Lena Hottner all the best in her future endeavors.
